Bad service from Builders Warehouse

I went to Builders Warehouse in George on the 12th of April. Benjamin helped me and we ordered the tiles. On the 21st of April, the tiles have not been ordered. Andrew Langeveld promised that he will put the order in and that they will deliver on Friday, 24th of April and that he will phone me back. The next Wednesday they delivered the tiles, but without all the tile cement. On Monday, 11th of May, when the contractor started with the tiling, he phoned me and told me that there were 4 different tiles. I then phoned Mario Barnard. He said we should have the tiles by Monday, the 18th of May. The Building contractor has set out 3 weeks for painting and tiling my house. The contractor is charging me R790 per day which is R4740 that I have to pay him as he needs to pay his workers. He is done with the painting of the house, so at this stage I have to pay him for do absolutely nothing. This is unacceptable. This all happened after spending almost R35 000 by them. For that amount you will think you will get some kind of service, but they really proved me wrong.
