Bad service from builders ware house

<p>I recently bought building material from builders ware house and the wrong order was delivered. I went to the store to exchange and get a refund on the other materials that were out of stock even after 3 weeks of purchase however the service i got was appauling as if i had done something wrong by returning them. Yesterday i went to buy bricks and i was told that they don't sell the once i wanted meanwhile they were on display. This morning i sent someone else to go and purchase the same bricks and to my surprise they were suddenly available for purchase.</p>
