Bad service from Builders for my online order

I placed an order for 6 items and only received 5 and when I ordered all 6 items were in stock. They didn't even have the decency to inform me that they would deliver 5 items coz the other item is not in stock. When I contact the call center they promised that the delivery would be done on the 11/10/2025 and nothing cam through, even after that promise they made they didn't communicate anything I still had to do a follow up only for them to tell me that I need to order something else with the money of the item and I have to pay for the R400 delivery myself or submit my ID copy and fill in stupid forms to get my money meanwhile I did not submit my ID or fill in forms when placing the order, plus they told me it would take 7 days for them to return my money after I've filled in the forms. I ordered the item because I needed it what happens after that 7 days if the item is out of stock where I wanna order it now.
