Bad Service from Builders Edenvale, Poor Manager skills.

Recieved a call about this from Builders some 2 weeks ago......still no response from Builders Edenvale.
They promised to contact me......DOLOLO !!!!!! What an organization.

Bad Service from Builders Edenvale, Poor Manager skills.I would like to express my disappointment and bad service by the manager at Builders Warehouse at the Edenvale branch.
I visited the store on Saturday 01/01 @about 12h45. I purchased a 2 step ladder on went to the till point to pay. The cashier scan the ladder and the price came out at R649. I then told her that the marked price i saw on the shelf was R349. She then accompanied me to the spot and verified the same. The manager was then called who was so not interested, she also wanted to go back to the shelf to verify, I again accompanied her to the shelf she also saw the price R349, and the same ladder I wanted to purchase was under the pricing. I do have photos that I have taken to show price and product. She rudely stated that I cannot have the ladder for R349. No discussion with me and rudely walked away. I refuse to make any purchase and left the store. Totally dissatisfied thd Service from Builders Edenvale. Unhappy customer
