Bad service from Builders

I sent an email to ********** on 22/01/19 requesting assistance in procuring a copy of a till slip needed for warranty purposes, this is after I spoke to an agent Thando at the call centre who promised to come back to me, this never happened. On 23/01/19 I received a response from Melissa Williams requesting further information which was provided, a follow up email on 24/01/19, 29/01/19 and 31/01/19 has resulted in no responses at all. I am merely looking for a copy of the till slip for a warranty claim, the warranty is due to expire shortly and this is all because Builders Head office cannot respond to a complaint, worse service ever!!
