Bad Service For Online Purchases Builders Warehouse

Bad service, no sense of urgency. I ordered a laptop vizia ups from them on the 25th May and was told delivery will take place on the 26th. When I didn't get my order I sent a query online and I was called on Monday 30th May and told it will be delivered the next day, 31 May. Yesterday I checked my order online and was shocked that the delivery date is now the 18 June 2022. I'm starting to regret not ordering it from takealot. We need this ups because of these unplanned power cuts and eskoms load shedding, now I must wait three more weeks for something that takes one day to deliver. I won't recommend their online service to anyone. Or perhaps the service I'm getting is due to the fact that I'm black and not white, who knows!
