Bad service

Ive been a frequent shopper at Builders Warerhouse Northgate for a long time. I went there yesterday, 7th August and I had the worse service off all time. There was no-one to assist us. I had to make a scene just to get someone’s attention, but she didnt know how to assist me. I had to go to another store to get what I needed.
