Bought folding doors online I receive my order on time , I requested the order to be returned as I’m not happy with the quality of the material I received a call from lady advising me that I must go to the nearest branch to pay the fee for the courier to collect, I asked for the account number so that I can make a transfer she advised me that the manager from dispatch says it can only be paid at the branch
