Bad service experience at Builders Warehouse Strubens Valley

<p>On Saturday 28th of January 2017. I went to the Builders Warehouse store at Allen's Nek where I was assisted by a gemtleman by the name of Alidzulu Khorombi, I had a list of items I needed a quote for and therefore asked if I should email him so that he can promptly assist me with the products and quantities. Firstly, the guy doesn't have a clue what customer service is. He acted as if he was doing me a favour by assisting me. Secondly, he blatantly refused to right down my company details as I was giving him my company trade card so that he can quote me on company details. He was just not willing to serve until his colleague by the name of Elvis noticed this and asked me to be assisted by him.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was deeply disturbed by the manner which the mentioned gentleman served me. I am pretty certain that Builders Warehouse has very high customer service standards of he resembles not. </p>
