Bad Service

I am a contractor who does work around Gauteng. I am currently busy with a job in Cresta. I buy material at builder's express Cresta for the last 3 days. I am re building walls at the site and use lots of sand and cement. I needed to purchase again this morning to go on with the job I am busy with. Lo and behold, they don't have building sand. The manager, Xolani said to me he understands my frustration, HE DOES NOT. THIS STORE HAS NO CLUE OF WHAT IS IN THEIR YARD OR NOT. IF I HAVE MY WAY I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE AS IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE ISSUES HERE.
