Bad service

My apologies for writing you this mail but I am at the end of my tether with Builders Warehouse. I ordered some merchandise from your store online and somehow I can not get this material delivered to me. My address suddenly came up as in Rustenburg whereas I am in Centurion and I explained this to your staff on several occasions. I am including Reference numbers that I was given and it was never followed up. Your Mr. Xavier Bridgens was supposed to return my call and I am now waiting patiently for a week to receive his call, I am not sure if he is still in your employ. The following reference numbers refer to my problem. *** *** *** *** The order was placed on 23/01/21 on order no. ***. Please help as I do not know where to from here.
