Bad Service during delivery

I ordered online and requested delivery and i gladly paid for it thinking, i will be getting the same customer experience as my first one. I requested the vehicle to come inside and put down the cement. I request the driver MKablkula to put it in the drive way and i explicitly told him to put it at the bottom the drive way .... its 25 bags of cement.... The guys took the cement and put in front of my gate!!!! Instead of listening they became rude and aggressive towards me . In future i will not be ordering from the ysterplaat builders ever again...I feel utterly;y humiliated and disgusted by this experience !!!!
