Bad service delivery

I’ve been waiting over a week for my order from the Cape Gate branch with zero updates. Despite escalating the issue, I haven’t received a single call or email. This delay is wasting my time and money. For a major brand, this lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

Our delivery times are from 08:00 to 17:00.
