Bad Service

This store does not believe in pricing their items. Complained on a few occasions but nobody interested. In this case it concerns loose carpets and rugs. What a waste looking for an attendant who then rushes to the front to verify a price I complained on 3 occasions regarding this and still they do not care. This after I was promised by their manager at one of the kiosks that the matter would be seen to. Wishful thinking. I also find some of the staff members more interested in dealing with their mobiles instead of attending to the customers. Shelves are dusty and the nursery section staff never available. Builders, believe me you are loosing valuable customers.
