Bad service

What a bad experience. Went to Builders warehouse Zambezi in Pretoria to buy 2500 bricks. They made me open a builders warehouse card. Otherwise they can't deliver for me. I opened a card and paid for the bricks. Just to hear they have done the transaction for self collection. I made them change it. They gave me an information sheet to write my address and SPECIAL instructions. I wrote on this sheet that they must come with the small truck as I have a small entrance gate. I made it clear to the sales person that it must be the small truck. He said it's no problem because i wrote it on the delivery sheet. But I would only receive my bricks the next day. I said it's fine but I can't wait any longer as i have organized with the builders. The next day late afternoon the driver phoned me and asked me what my address is in Wonderboom. I said to him that I stay in Roodeplaat and not Wonderboom. An hour later he arrived with the biggest truck. I tried to phone the store but no luck. The customer care can't get someone to help me. After many times of phoning different numbers I spoke to a floor manager Johan. He would phone me back. I am still waiting. Another lady phoned me just before closing time just to tell me I might get my bricks the next day. No compensation. No refund on delivery just to try and keep me happy. Bad service. Bad experience. Builders Warehouse you can close my member card. You are useless.
