BAD SERVICE BUILDERS WH FOURWAYS

what a disappointment!!placed an order on 02/08, delivery for 04/08. order number ***. today 05/08 i call builders, they tell me they are checking with fourways. eventually put me thru to fourways, the lady is like, she doesnt hv the 4 boxes of tiles. its 3 days later, maybe if you had bothered to let me know when i placed the order i could have sourced them elsewhere. the part that irritates me, when will they deliver the other items? service is pathetic!!!
