BAD SERVICE - BUILDERS WAREHOUSE NORWOOD MALL

I bought a bucket of paint of a certain colour from Builder Warehouse in Norwood Mall only find out after painting my walls that the colour on the wall is different from the actual colour as displayed on the bucket display. I went back to Builders Norwood Mall to request an exchange for the colour which I actually wanted because it appears their packing is misleading because what you see on the outside is not what is in the inside. I spoke to the manager by the name of Isak who was not so helpful. He made it look like it's fault and the he will not be exchanging the paint. He had abit of an argument about this. During our argument one of the lady by the name of Sharon who works at Builders confirmed that she had the same issue where she actually bough the same paint but it turned out different after she painted. I was told by the manager out of arrogance that if I am not happy I am more than welcome to call the head office and lay a complaint. I felt my rights as a consumer have been violated and this is not acceptable.
