BAD SERVICE - BUILDERS WAREHOUSE NORTHRIDING

The worst service ever. My mother bought Goldair FS Gas/electric stove from Builders warehouse Northriding. She had to pay extra R1700 for the store to send installer. the installer came through and advised that the electricity part of the stove is faulty, he only connected gas. He advised us to call the store as they will have to send electrician to look at the stove. It has been a week since we called the store and nothing has been done. I have called and sent messages everyday and the consultant assisting me at the store keeps giving me different numbers to call. He is not bothered. Very unhelpful. Their service is poor, all they care about is your money.
