Bad Service Builders Warehouse Hillcrest

I purchased a Microwave online from Builders Hillcrest in September 2020 and recently noticed rust on the inside of the microwave.I emailed through pictures of the rust to the Manager (Artwell Madondo) at Hillcrest Builders on the 3/05/2021 .Artwell promised to get back to me regarding my query .To date Artwell has not even acknowledged my email nor has he helped in anyway .I am deeply unsatisfied with his unprofessional attitude. I need to resolve this issue.
