Bad service - Builders online- Edenvale

Builderssa I'm very unhappy with your service, I bought items online, no communication, no call, when I try to reach out , the consultants tell me they can't get hold of anyone at Edenvale. After speaking to 3 people who never got back to me. They tell me they are waiting for their delivery people.

This is bad customer service

Yesterday I commented on fb and I was advised that it will be escalated. I still don't have my response , my husband went to collect.
