bad service, attitude, no stock

Hi...i am very disappointed with the service I received from the staff in the electrical department at Builders Warehouse Gleneagles. I asked the salesman for a school electrical kit. He responded that it was sold out. When i asked for the individual components that make up a kit he told me that every item in the kit was also sold out. He didn't bother telling what we're the components or to at least supply me with whatever was available. I refuse to believe that in a store that has all that electrical supplies that you guys were sold out of the components that are required for a school project. Disgusted and very disappointed.
