Bad Service at Builders Warehouse Edenvale

I went to Builders Warehouse Edenvale to buy a few things including a sheet of wood to replace my kitchen cupboard doors. I arrived app. 11:20. pay for everything and wanted the board cut to sizes. was told they cannot cut the sizes for the 2 doors that I have there i must go and fetch the rest which I did. I waited almost an hour with my 8 yr old in the cold cutting area where people who came after me we help first even the people that wrote their names in the security register was help before me... When I ask for a refund the lady was rude and told me they will cut the board and I rep**** must I wait another hour. They have lost me as a customer for good I would rather drive to the South for renovation materials to my houses.
