Bad service at Builders Warehouse Bedworthpark

I bought a Hoover vacuum cleaner on 22 Januarie 2019 at Builders Warehouse in Bedworthpark. I only used it for two months when it started overheating and stopped working 5 minutes after switching it on. I took it back to Builders on 24 March where they refused to replace it even if was still within the 3 month warranty. They said it was not their product and they are not responsible for replacing it. Then they wanted to send it back to the manufacturer to fix the appliance , but it will take more or less a month. I explained to them that I use it to clean my house and can't be without one and asked if they could lend me one in the meantime. They refused. Please don't buy any appliance from them, as they are unwilling to help.
