Bad service at Builders Warehouse Acess Park

Builders Warehouse in Access Park Kenilworth is sooo bad customer service..... On Monday 30th November me and my partner decided to go to builders warehouses to go get a swimming for our kids as it's holidays that's coming up and Covid19 we decided not to go to the beaches or swimming pools. When we got there we went to the pool side and there was nobody to assist us and one of the workers walked pass and we asked her if someone could assist us and she said she was going to get someone. Then we waited and nobody came then I decided to walking around to see if there is any staff on the floor and found no staff when I went to the help desk and and two guys was standing there and I asked him if he could when we got to the pools he couldn't assist us and got another person to come and help us when he just walked away and didn't bother and as we were waiting for the next person to assist us nobody came again and we were waiting and waiting and waiting and we just had enough and toke our business somewhere else.I was so disgusted by the service we got very unprofessional and NO STAFF ON THE FLOOR I WILL NEVER GO TO BUILDERS IN ACCESS PARK AGAIN. EVEN THE MANAGER DIDN'T HAVE A CARE IN THE WORLD. We spent our money somewhere else.
