Bad Service at Builders Trade Depot (PMB)

The bad service I am experiencing at Builders Trade Depot in Pietermaritzburg is the worse I have ever received. I walked into the shop on Sat 3 February 2018 and spoke to Terrence Mthembu: Sales Co-ordinator. I asked him for a quotation for my house plan. He said I should send him the plan and he will get me the quote the following week. it has now been almost three weeks and there has been nothing from received from him. In that time when I phone the shop, I gave given a story after a story after another story. Why cant they just say if they are not willing to help? why keep sending me from pillar to post? this is bad service. I was willing to buy my building material from them but now I do not know. if how they dealt with a simple request of a quotation is anything to go by, these people cannot be trusted with the quality of the material they supply. be warned people.
