Bad service at Builders Strubens Valley

Tried phoning Strubens Valley 4 times this morning to speak to someone in Building without any success. Just left on hold. Last phone call I was transferred to Garden. Has the Building department closed down or don't they have phones????, which then one would think that the persons answering the switchboard would know. There is something severely wrong with the service
