Bad service and quality

I recently bought a cabinet online from Builders Warehouse. It showed that 4 units were available from the Cape Gate branch, after having issues with the system not properly updating and having to phone the call centre many times, I drove to the branch on the "collection day" just to be told that they had no more stock, but they had a unit available already assembled for me. I then struggled another 3 days to get it delivered (having to follow-up) and not being able to speak to the branch directly. The unit was delivered and later that evening when I unwrapped the unit, it discovered that it was badly damaged on the side and a big chunk is missing from the foot. I then reported it to the call centre and they informed me that the manager from the Cape Gate branch will contact me - I'm not still waiting. I would like some sort of discount - I'm not happy to pay full price for a second hand unit. Please can the manager contact me.
