Bad service and quality

I visited Builders Warehouse Richards Bay on the 28th July where I am a regular customer, to purchase some tiles. After deciding and finding out availability of the tiles that I wanted I left, borrowed a vehicle came back to the store and swiped at the till. I then moved my vehicle to the loading bay and requested my tiles be loaded. The assistant asked me if I was sure I wanted those tiles !!! Confused, I followed him to were they were being stored. Boxes were torn and tiles scratched from being kept outside just in terrible condition(attached pics) I promptly requested a refund and was told my payment would be reversed and would take 2 to 3 working days. I tried to explain that I have people working at home and needed the funds to purchase the tiles somewhere else. I was told to speak to the manager. who said there was nothing she could. She had the audacity to tell me that I can increase the limit on my credit card and buy the tiles elsewhere.

A big company like yours should be able to do reversals. Secondly, the financial advice from your store manager left me fuming. Bad quality product, stored outside, extremely bad service. During this time maybe some customer service programs for this manager should be in place.
