Bad service and product availability, builders warehouse.

Builders warehouse Strubens valley. Their service is terrible. On multiple occasions the staff have proved to not know the products. When I wanted to escalate an issue to management they just leave you waiting after which I had to leave with out any attention. I left my number and they did call back. After they were made aware of the problem in a good diplomatic manner, they said they would check, investigate and come back to me in a few minutes, but did not call back. Left me in a *** spot.
