Bad service and not adhering to covid protocol

Went into the store this morning 09:03 I bought a pool skimmer. When I went to till the cashier open the box and called the security. She then left the box so messed up open on our way out of the store there where almost 7 staff members standing less than 1.5m apart we as customers had to squeeze ourselves through. I spoke to the security and asked why she don't take the box and close it why must the customer walk with it. She didn't answere just looked at me. I asked who the manager is a lady came I ask her the same thing she said it's my box and I need to carry it myself. I ask to speak to her manager they called me Frikkie if I'm correct. He came and I ask him to watch the footage. And then give me a call with feedback. Until now he didn't phone back. So yet again the customer is at fault. This is very bad service and then not adhering to the covid protocols it's really bad as gauteng is worst off at the moment. I need the big boss to contact me.
