Bad service and no feedback

I will never buy something online again by them. I am waiting for more than a month for a certain item that was available online and still not received it. After numerous calls and emails, no one can help me. I told them I wanted a refund since I'm not getting anywhere and clearly not getting the item this year still since they don't know when they will receive it. I asked for a refund which they said no problem they will do after speaking to Inshaaf. Though hey ok at least I can go buy it somewhere else now a week later still waiting for the refund.
