Bad service and ********** activity under my personal details

yesterday i received an sms which reads "purchase @ Bex - Norwood Acc# ********** 004 Amount R471.20. Inv # ********** Order#Carol , Avail credit:R1.00". i then called the store immediately and was told its builders store in noorwood, i then expplained and notify them of the ********** transaction because i don't have any account with them,; my phone was cut off, then later when i called them there was no response. i called this morning and i was taken from pillar to post by everyone i spoke to, the last person who says he's the store manager (Kolben Mapula) claimed the phone was cutting and promised to call back immediately and he never called me back.
