Bad Service and Dehumanisation by Staff

Buying Boards at Builders Warehouse, Centurion has tortured me to the core. Placing an order on the 16th December 2024 and the challenges I encountered get to be resolved on the 9th of January 2025. Reasons: the person that took my order is on leave, upon his return, his manager is on leave. I abandon the project at my house coz 1 person is on leave.

So, I bought 4 different board colours with measurements for cutting viz Superwood, Brookhill, Storm grey and Natural concrete. Of these 4, only storm grey was delivered correctly including off cuts.Superwood was not delivered at all and I noticed on the delivery note that it was a wrong thickness anyway. Brookhill, 2 cuttings were excluded and offcuts not delivered. Natural Concrete, no delivery of the offcuts. Getting all these issues resolved took all from me, several calls to the cutting staff and managers, multiple visits to the store, waiting for one person to come back from leave and then the other.

Masterpiece and a total degradation was an accusation that I am a **** coz all material including offcuts were delivered to my house. I offered a site visit for a house search - I'm heartbroken as I write this review to this dehumanising and tearing accusation. I got the last pieces of my offcuts today not because the store took efforts but because yet again, I had to drive to the store, told the person to assist me is on leave. I couldn't take it anymore - 4th instance leave story. Needless to say, I got my offcuts extremely torn to pieces with my character shattered.
