Bad Service and Damaged Goods

I recently bought building material at Builders Superstore Tembisa of +R20 000, the first problem was having to deal with a delivery driver who wanted to dictate how the material must be delivered, the driver was extremely rude expecting to dictate how the delivery guys must go about offloading the truck. Builders must vet their truck drivers, must irritation meant the offloading guys were going to be twice the work because of the driver who thinks he the king.
