Bad service and cheap heaters

I'm at builders warehouse in Cosmo City now. I'm trying to exchange my heater as it is broken. They tell me that they can't assist me as it needs to be taken to repairs. I don't want repairs as I have a sick child that needs to be in a warm place. I told them why don't they call supplier to come and fix it here as it is an emergency matter. They don't even give me an alternative way to sort out this. Bad service I got there I wish people could stop buying those heaters as it is the third heater Im taking it back to the store. Should I loss my child because of the stupid stuff that they have. They will pay for that. This matter it needs to be resolved before my daughter comes back from hospital.
