Bad service and builders and they have attitude

I have no Idea of this company I bleeding internal and external I bought an aluminium door online cash with R6999 on the 22 May 2026 and they delivered on the 25 May 2026 my sister was in the house she check the code it’s corresponding on the 06 June i sent a plumber to go and install it I paid him R1200 he when I get home past 17:00 the do is now the 1 I ordered I sent emails with pictures they calling me now telling me I must get a plumber to go and uninstall the door otherwise they can’t do nothing on their side so now I must pay plumber again , I am not letting this down Builder i am going to open up a case because this thing if these emails it’s not working because this is a ***** how come to different doors have the same order number tell me
