Bad service and attitude from Manager
Builders express always seem to be out of stock on items on display. Went to the Toti store to buy a mirror. The one that I wanted was on display. When I asked the sales person to get a new one the reply was \let me check my system"and it said out of stock. They ordered the mirror and I was informed 3 weeks later that the mirror has arrived. Went to purchase the mirror and needed some cement mix to which the sales person said \""let me check my system\"" and same reply"
