Bought generator on 21July 2023 at builders warehouse newcastle for our blacked out town due to transformer burned.22 July noticed that it cutter power everytime we connect a fridge,tried again on 23 July it did the same thing.24July took it back to the store,,,got their manager who at 1st was willing to listen to my complaint,later on tested the generator with grinder and soon i should take home and bring back everytime it has a problem i don't know if my fridge and grinder are the same as i was looking for the convertor initially not the generator.Reported at head office but everytime i phone they play hide and seek as now i want money back since I've borrowed money to buy a gas fridge..Now i am writing Media channel maybe they will take me serious
