Bad service

My landlord bought a geyser and they refused to give him discount , I mean he is over 80 years and the geyser was my flat , I am also unemployed and him also and he is not even getting a pension and they refused to give him a discount I mean look at the cost of living today They refused and said they dont givediscounts off geysers could this ot be an exception
