Bad Service

Really disappointed by level of service from the wood cutting desk @ Builders Warehouse Cape Gate. The individual managing the desk was full of excuses like: - he is alone on duty - difficult to get to the wood to the cutter - eish NOT to do any business with 45mins + till closing time. Advising I should come back tomorrow.

I will be returning tomorrow, BUT to another store who WANTS to do business.

I mean - it takes literally a few minutes to cut sheet.
