Bad service

We have ordered online with promise of next day collection. Even phoned call center to confirm that order was ready for collection. When arriving at builders warehouse we were told that there are no stock and that you can't go according to call center verifying your order and that they dont have stock. Needless to say I had go cancel my order and only will receive refund in 2 to 10 working days. While sorting that out I checked online for something else that the website says they have 4 in stock, only to walk to isle to hear again, no stock.
