BAD SERVICE

I made a R37 000 purchase on August 27th and was told delivery will be made in September 11th. On the day of delivery I'm being pulled from pillar to post. Secunda store that was supposed to deliver is telling me that they can't deliver because it's too far, they are shifting the blame to head office.

1. My builders charge me per day they are on site, meaning the more this delivery delays is the more I'll have to pay. 2. I have a deadline to which the project must be completed, these unnecessary delays are inconveniencing me.
