Bad service

On the 30th of July we order online Aluminium Flashing Valley at Builders Warehouse Somerset West, order nr ***. They ad an extra R450 for delivery cost and the date scheduled for delivery was on the 3rd of August. We paid immediately with my credit card. On the 3rd of August I received a phone call that the delivery is late but they will come back to me. After 8 days I phoned the call centre to report I have not yet received the goods. On day 9 after the delivery date I received a call from the same guy to tell me the person that have to drive the vehicle is sick and he can not say when I will receive it. This is unacceptable, If I knew it was not going to be delivered the 3rd I would definitely buy at another place. Meanwhile the builder could not continue the job and had to start another job which means I now have to wait until they are done there before they can start with me. Can someone in Builders Warehouse Somerset West please come back to me and let me know when I will receive my goods.
