Good day Fed up with Builders warehouse online purchase process (Water Pump) Order Number: *** Ordered on: 09/08/2023 - 20:12 Status: In Progress Delivery summary Delivery From: Direct from supplier Reference number: a*** Delivery on: 23/08/2023 Status: In Progress I ordered and paid for a water pump online with Builders and still to date I have not received the pump. I started following up on Friday last week (25/08/2023) and spoke to a number of agents and eventually on Saturday after a numerous calls and being put an pillar to post I eventually spoke to Cannon. Today as I was doing my follow ups as no one calls me from their sode to update me I insisted on speaking with Cannon and who assured me that he has escalated the matter to the manager for online sales and is awaiting feedback and will get back to me by 14h00 today on the progress I am writing to you to please assist in escalating this matter as I'm not allowed or given a person high then Cannon.
