bad service

I am not happy with the company as they take your money online and then give you the run around. I place an order and payed for a Ryobi garden shredder ( link still online as of today 16-09-2021 https://www.builders.co.za/Garden-%26-Pets/Garden-Power-Tools-%26-Accessories/Tiller-%26-Earth-Auger/Ryobi-Shredder-2400W-RGS-1240/p/***) was first told don't have stock and Ryobi discontinued the product, so i told them not my problem as it is for sale online as per link so they said they will make a plan the phone Monday to say they found one in cape town today is Thursday and it is not shipped yet. 2 nd they can't guarantee that I will get my order as per order *** that says I will get it 20-09-2021 don't buy online as they don't know what is going on, on their own website
