Bad service...

We bought a stove at builders warehouse Polokwane on the 2nd of December and was only delivered on the 8th of December. We further requested for the gas stove to be installed by the company and paid an extra amount of R2250.00. We are sadly still waiting for installation till this day. We contact the business numerous times regarding the installation and to our dissatisfaction we could not get assistance. They kept promising us that they will come but never did. I am extremely disappointed with the service received from a certain Mr Morake regarding this matter. My family and i have always bought building material from this business and never expected such a bad service. I do not think i would recommend any one to buy from this establishment again after what we have experienced.
