Bad service

Got the account in March and only activated it by buying 3 Powerade for R61. Was still waiting for measurement to got buy the material. I've been getting calls and now they saying i owe R333 and the is collection fees. How did i even get there with out using the car for what was need. The call center is so rude and unhelpful. The do not know the meaning of customer service and unwilling to assist. I though fine let me pay this R333 and get ********** but now they are saying they cannot close it cause the legal fees have not cleared. I am angry with this and will never set my foot at builder. For my first time getting credit from them i am super upset
