Bad service

I have been to Builders Boksburg. 1St Service is so bad nobody to help you. I went to the building material dept. to get wood and to be cut. This is more than a week ago. The cutting dept. They can cut but the machine that must put on the white strips was broken and on the 16th May they gave them a new machine but nobody came out yet to connect it. The poor guy who is working in that dep must get all the bad reviews. This is not fair to him or to the customers. If I knew this I would have never ever gone there. 1St time and the last time also. I needed my things urgently, all my stuff is in boxes.
