Bad service

I was at the store to purchase some goods and when I checked my slip, I noticed that the cashier use the incorrect codes and I was given the wrong color polycarb sheet. Joseph the cashier would not apologize and claimed that I was our fault. They then did a return and was told that it would take 2 days for my funds to appear in my account. I asked to speak to the manager and no one came to speak to me. I feel that it was very unprofessional.
