Bad service

I was over charged on 22nd of February. When I went back to do an inquiry the branch manager said that the item was an old stock it was on promotion, the assistant who was helping me on the department does remember the price that was on display, however the price that was on the item was different from the one I was charged. It's been over a month and I haven't heard anything from them since
